I had to find something productive to do with my time while I wait for the next season of Grey’s Anatomy to start. Since I couldn’t take up becoming a doctor like Meredith Grey, I decided to spice up my workout routine and get healthy, toned, and ready for summer. I love doing workout classes to help guide my workouts and motivate me. Check out some of my favorite workout classes below!
Soul Cycle: Soul Cycle has been my go-to workout right now. It’s a great cardio workout, and I can never leave there sweat free. My favorite part about the class is the amazing music and instructors.
Pure Barre: Pure Barre is a full body barre workout. It’s ideal for a low impact workout that helps tone, lift, and strengthen your hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. This class is amazing for gaining strength and length to your body. Pro tip: Your first week is free!
Orange Theory: If you want to feel a burn, then Orange Theory is a must. These interval training classes use heart rate monitoring to train and maintain a target zone to help burn quickly, stimulate metabolism, and increase energy. I love the energy of this group workout, and the first workout is free!
Studio Tone It Up: This app is essential for working out at the gym, or even at home! With daily guided workouts and workouts on demand, it makes working out so easy. When I don’t have a lot of time to workout, I love doing their quick workouts to keep my body active. And trust me- even though it’s quick, you will still feel the results!
