This past week I participated in Kershaw’s Challenge PingPong4Purpose event. Last year, Cody Bellinger and I paired up to show off our ping pong skills, and this year we were reunited again to battle the other players. We started out strong in our first round as we beat a father and son duo. However, unfortunately, we then lost to professional ping pong players in the next round. I don’t know if I was more nervous-competing for the ping pong championship or when I got to meet Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis!
For those of y’all who don’t know, Kershaw’s Challenge seeks to serve vulnerable and at-risk children living in Los Angeles, Dallas, Zambia, and the Dominican Republic. They partner together with different organizations to help care for these children and provide support. Their celebrity ping pong tournament helps benefits these children as all proceeds go to support beneficiaries in LA and the Dominican Republic. I love participating in this event, as it is so important to me to give back and help others. It is such a special and fun night filled with food, festivities, and competition.
