Not sure if this goes for most girls, but I own one trillion bikinis. When planning for a beach or pool day, it’s always a complete cluster. Digging through bins, attempting to find matches…wait, are these clean? And then, how do you make this poolside kini look like a complete out together outfit? Struggle.

First off, I gravitate towards bikinis that have a fun detail, such as tassels, leather, metal pieces, braids, or mesh.

Second, I’ll go for an overall theme. Could be feeling spicy, and I’ll go with bright, vibrant color-way or a fun design print, like cheetah. Then your shoes, cover up, hat, and sunnies can go along with it. In the below photoshoot, I was going for neutrals. I started with an olive bikini with leather detailing, added a fun floppy hat, and nude colored sunnies. I literally was blending in with the backdrop. On purpose.
